StressCare 2023 programs coming soon!

We offer Jon Kabat-Zinn's Classic MBSR Program to groups, individuals, and pairs.

MBSR is a participatory medicine program for people who are ready to engage a path of well-being that reduces stress and pain, and supports positive coping with illness, aging, and dying.
