Enrollment is complete when payment is received.

8-Week Course and Alumni Program tuition is based on household income as indicated on the registration page for each class, and as described in the Tuition Guidelines. Class materials are included. 1-on-1 MBSR or Alumni Session fees are arranged directly with the session instructor. All-day Retreats are included in the class tuition and are free of charge for returning participants. Non-StressCare participants pay $20 for All-day Retreats.
Tuition for the 8-Week Course is $395, $495, and $595, based on household income. Details are on the registration page that comes up when you click on your chosen course.

Household income is a measure of the combined incomes of all people sharing a particular household or place of residence. “Income” means Adjusted Gross Income as reported on line 37 of Form 1040 or line 21 of Form 1040A.
