Any one of us may be feeling fear, anger, or worry about COVID-19 and its effects on our livelihoods, health, the health of loved ones and health of our communities.
StressCare is joining the effort to slow the spread of COVID-19 by suspending our classes and 1-on-1 meetings at this time.
We are looking into the possibility of offering online programs during this time of social distancing and upheaval. We will update you as soon as we can.
