Mindfulness is the practice of moving beyond primary reliance on implicit memory into moment-to-moment direct experiencing. Over time this practice leads one away from focus on self-concern and develops a more comprehensive point of reference: compassion.

Insight and self-attunement plus resonance
9. Gratitude
