The methods used by StressCare are
powerful and long-lasting, according to research
conducted over the past 25 years.
The StressCare course includes:
- Detailed instruction in meditation
- Mindful breathing and body awareness exercises
- Gentle movement adapted to individual participant's needs
- Group discussion in a compassionate atmosphere
- All necessary instructional materials
The course consists of an orientation, eight weekly classes,
and a day-long retreat. There are daily assignments to be
done at home. Commitment and steady effort are essential for
success.
