Learn How In The 8-Week Course


The 8-Week Course in mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) is a practical program for anyone who seeks to move towards greater levels of health and well-being. More info


MBSR is a low cost, evidence-based behavioral health intervention for stress and pain management pioneered by Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D., founder of the Stress Reduction Clinic at the Center for Mindfulness (CFM) of the University of Massachusetts Medical School. More info


Our classes provide structure and support for mobilizing one’s deep inner resources for coping and healing through the methods and perspectives of MBSR. Classes are held in the San Francisco Bay Area in the East Bay and Contra Costa County – in Central Berkeley, South Berkeley, Orinda and Walnut Creek. 2015 Courses enrolling now. View schedule
